We were recently approached by a customer that had been pondering uses for the front area of a house they purchased right on Saratoga Lake, NY.
They had a pond & water feature previously and wanted to do something along those lines at this house. They began exploring different AI programs to give them a starting point visual to bring to a professional to refine & propose the final design plan.
We had reviewed the pond and water feature design images that AI superimposed on their property photos and then explained our process for design and the ultimate goal of producing a minimal maintenance pondless feature for them. Using our design software and our expertise in building ponds & water features - we were able to create a blend of what the client communicated as a preference without sacrificing a truly natural look and ease of operation.
This also lead to discussions on hardscape / landscape changes of the overall space and designing such a feature to compliment what will most likely be stages of work before the final layout is completed.
